1-on-1 Mentoring for Teen Girls

I’ve been working with youth since 2008. I’ve worked with hundreds of teens and spoken to thousands of youth on stage. I absolutely love mentoring teens, it’s the heart of what I do.

A mentoring session with me takes place over Zoom and it is customized to YOU! When the girl I’m working with is open to it, I love bring Christ into our sessions and so much healing can take place so quickly in powerful ways!

I am a firm believer that we are co-creating with God day in & day out. We play a HUGE piece of creating our lives and reaching our fullest potential by what we see, say, feel, and do. Helping your teen take power over her daily life and helping her to tap into more power by coming unto Christ is my ultimate goal.

In my mentoring sessions, I use multiple tools such as: Life Coach School model, inner child work, helping your teen to hear & trust the answers that live inside of her, mindset work, love & validation, creating habits & goals to navigate a challenge, EFT, nutrition, and so much more.

I have mentored girls on the following topics:

• Anxiety
• Depression
• Eating Disorders
• Low self-esteem & confidence
• Improving relationships w/parents, siblings, and friends
• Spiritual confidence & connecting with Christ
• Health & Fitness goals
• Reaching big goals such as competitions, college applications, non-profit work, etc.

On this consultation call, it is expected for both the teen and parent to be present (though the parent may leave if the teen desires for the mentoring portion part of the call). The majority of the call is focused on the mentoring while a small portion may be focused on what working together would look like if we continue.

This purchase link is for one time sessions when needed. I also offer one to three month contract packages which also gives the teen and parent unlimited texting access to me 24/7 during the time we work together plus a few more perks.
