The Peace In Christ Anxiety Box is box is intended to help support those that battle anxiety.

THE PEACE IN CHRIST ANXIETY BOX INCLUDES:
– A letter with empathy, validation, tapping scripts, and my favorite thoughts and lessons that I’ve personally learned about anxiety written by Ashley.
– A list of songs, talks, positive affirmations, meditations, and many more tips and tools to help support her in the intense anxious moments.
– 2 oz. can of play-dough (one of my favorite things I have turned to in my previous anxiety experience.)
– Coloring pages (a soothing activity to calm the mind)
– Markers or colored pencils
– A mini notebook (to use for her purposes or for my offered tools
– Nail polish (as an activity to be present)
– A picture of Christ (for comfort & to rewrite her story)
– A book of your choice (or I can intuitively choose for you)
